Hunting in the woods

Destiny laughed, "Oh no, I just drain them of their blood." She smiled, "The meat makes me sick."

Mika smiled taking out a small knife she cut away the skin once done she tore the meat with her teeth and ate she didn't know how hungry she was till know , tearing at the meat as a hungry wolf would.

Destiny laid on the ground and listened to the sounds of the woods, She closed her eyes with a smile.

Josh crouched on all fours, running through woods. His ears perked for any sounds and his nose was scrunched up scenting the air. He picked up the smells of two creatures. One he couldn't recognize and the other smelled like him. 'An Ookami...' he thought, excitedly. The excitement did not show on his face however. His speed was incredible as he leaped through the woods.

Mika looked up smelling the air she wiped her mouth clean of the blood something was in the air "Ookami!" she said but frowned "can't be I'm the last" she moved from the deer to a branch jumping with ease up on to it as she crouched watched for movement her ears pricked up her eyes scanning, sitting up she let a howl leave her thought , not expecting an answer she had done this several times and none had received a reply.

Josh heard the reply and jumped up onto a branch. It sounded closer. He let out a loud howl back, as he leaped from branch to branch towards where he thought the howl had come from, also using scent to find them.

mika's heart skipped a beat as she heard a reply , finally a second Ookami , she moved along the branch and gave a second howl one of joy at hearing another Ookami , mika didn't know if it was a male of female the sent on the wind saying it was male,

Josh howled back, joyfully, but then blushed to himself for showing emotion. He tried not to, because he had been taught it showed weakness. His eyes dulled as he leaped one more time before landing on the same branch as the other Ookami. He glanced towards her.

mika looked at the male who leapt in front of her she smelled his scent in the wind , her heart told her to run and hold him for it had been to long since she had stood in the presence of another Ookami, she move forward her eys looking at him caushiously then backed off "Ookami?" she asked her gauntlet sparking as she stood waiting , if he wasn't she would fight.

Josh glanced at her Gauntlet, his ears twitched. He nodded, sitting down. "Josh Ookami." his English was very broken from his years in the woods.

the sparking stopped and sat facing him "your name is Josh, i am Mika" she said her head tipped to one side "last of the Ookami, so i thought" her dark hair lay over her shoulder in a braid her eyes looked at him with curiosity as she slowly moved closer to him

"Josh thought he last too." he said, also moving closer.

for a moment her face came inches from his she cheek slightly brushing his as she moved around him taking in his sent her tail brushing him as she moved past on all fours

Josh sat, his tail swaying side to side as she circled him. "What Mika doing?" he asked her.

mika sat facing him "making sure you are who you say you are" she said her tail laid across her lap " if you do the same to me you'll see, sent strong , feel like wind you can tell"

Josh tilted his head, before nodding. "No need. Josh believe Mika." he smiled.

mika smiled she looked down at the deer " have you hunted today?" she asked her tail moving to behind her.

He shook his head, his mind kept getting distracted by Mika's beauty. He tried to focus. "Can Josh have some of deer?"

Mika nodded "come , i don't think they will mind" she says dropping down from the branch while she waits for him her fce still holding teh smile , he was strong and handsome not that she would tell him that.

Josh follows, dropping down behind her.

moving mika moved to the deer picking it up she dragged it over to him "here , destiny only drains the blood we have the meat, eat" she said dropping it in front of him and sitting to face him.

Josh nodded in gratitude as he took a chunk of it and started eating.

Mika watched him eat a bird flew down grabbing the ribbon she used to tie her hair puling it her hair fell lose blowing in the wind as she jumped up at the bird growling "now i have to do it again" she said softly as she looked for something to tie it back up with.

Josh finished eating, to see Mika lose her ribbon to a bird. Josh ran up the side of a tree before pushing off into the air. As he went into the air he caught hold of the ribbon and snatched it from the bird, before landing in front of Mika smiling. "Josh got ribbon back." he handed it out.

Mika smiled reaching out to take the ribbon back "your a fast mover" she said her cheeks blushing slightly, as her fingers touched his hand she froze looking up at him.
